Serbia has introduced curfew from 5 pm
to 5 am for entire population except those authorised and night shift
workers, in a bid to fight the COVID-19 disease caused by the novel
coronavirus. Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic said the new
restrictions were necessary to “save our elderly” in the Balkan state of
some seven million, which has detected around 528 infections of
COVID-19 so far with limited testing.
Easter in quarantine
From today results number of confirmed
cases of COVID-19 in Serbia has reached 5690 and 110 died with a
tendency to increase rapidly.
